The first time we had to look for a pet-sitter, we were worried that our guinea pigs would get lonely without us, as we shower them with attention on a daily basis.  How lucky we were to find Diane!  When they visit Piccoli-Animali, our little guys get lots of attention, a variety of snacks, more floor time than at home - and sometimes a new toy to play with!  While we're away, we get cute updates on the pigs through email or text message.  Every time we pick them up, Diane has stories about how they behaved and what they did while we were away.  She is always thinking of new things to try that the piggies might like, and new types of food to treat them with.  It is such a relief knowing that whenever we need to travel, we don't have to worry about Petey and Fribble and that they are having a great time!

It meant so much to us that we were able to go on a trip without having to worry about our precious bunnies. Not only were they given the basic things they need, they also got plenty of love and attention. I was also thrilled to hear that you also gave special attention to each of my buns individual needs. I know Tula can be a handful, but I'm sure she enjoyed the quiet time you shared with her. Penelope also seems to have had a great time also. Further, I can't believe that there is hope for bonding my rabbits. That is unbelievable that they actually laid near each other (albeit a cage apart) and that they were out at the same time for a moment!  You and your family were so warm and sweet. It was great getting to see your four rabbits as well! They're all adorable!

I am so grateful that I found Diane and Piccoli-Animali. She has been just fabulous with my Ginny Bunny. I've left Ginny in her care twice and received email updates and pictures while I was gone of my happy little bunny. Ginny Bunny is spoiled with attention at home and it seems she got just as much, if not more, from Diane and her family. Ginny was well taken care of and even came home with a goody bag! I was so impressed with both the professionalism of Diane and the loving home which she opened up for Ginny. I can't imagine a better hands to leave Ginny Bunny in when I'm out of town.

We love Diane & her family!  This summer we adopted a guinea pig from my daughter’s summer camp.  However, three days later we were leaving for vacation!  I couldn’t find a neighbor to help with his nor our hamster’s care on such short notice.  Additionally, I wanted to be sure that our new pet had a caring person to take care of him during his transition to a new environment.  Well my day was saved when I saw Diane’s sign on the door of our local pet store.  We scheduled a visit to see her lovely home and met her adorable pets.  We were also warmly greeted by her husband and children and knew instantly that our animals would have excellent care!  My children stayed and visited with all of her pets and knew that they were loved by Diane and her family.  She even took our guinea pig to have his nails trimmed when she took her own rabbits with her on their vet visit!  It’s nice to know our pets have a good “home away from home” whenever we need to travel!
